Game Tester (Quality Assurance)

I always wanted to be a game tester, I know it's not all that it's cracked up to be.  It's repetitive, boring and doesn't involve playing games more as it involves you grinding through the same levels over and over and over again until you get all the kinks worked/figured out and prepare to get the next work load over and done with.

Kind of like World of Warcraft, or any other big name MMO for that matter.

I still wouldn't mind at least trying it, but the problem is I cannot just move to Edmonton (for example) and get a job at Bioware.  I can't just get an Alpha sent to me either, where I can test it and do my work at home.  Nope, not happening.

Unless if a game developer opened up right where I live, I'm up shit creek without a paddle, unless if I just so happen to be fortunate enough to have a bigwig read this blog, throw me a bone and then hand me the job on a silver platter.

I'm not hinting at anything.  Ahem.
